TopCare® health DayTime Cold & Flu SEVERE is a maximum strength formulation designed to relieve symptoms associated with colds and flu. This product contains the following active ingredients: acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer; dextromethorphan HBr, a cough suppressant; guaifenesin, an expectorant; and phenylephrine HCl, a nasal decongestant.
