Make sure to dry your hands and forearms completely.
For healthcare personnel handwashing, wet your hands and dispense about 5mL of the product into your cupped hands. Wash vigorously for 15 seconds, then rinse and dry your hands thoroughly. If you're preparing a patient’s skin before surgery, apply the product generously to the surgical site and swab for at least 2 minutes. After that, dry the area with a sterile towel and repeat the process for another 2 minutes, drying again with a sterile towel.
When cleansing a skin wound or for general skin cleaning, start by rinsing the area with water. Apply just enough product to cover the skin or wound and wash gently. Finally, rinse the area thoroughly again to ensure cleanliness.
